Privacy Policy

Who We Are

This website belongs to Prem Bhatnagar And Party, a devotional music group based in New Delhi that performs Mata Ki Chowki / Jagran, Sunderkand Path, bhajan programs and prayer meetings. In this policy, “we” and “us” mean Prem Bhatnagar And Party.

What This Website Collects

Very little. You can read every page without telling us who you are. We only receive personal details when you choose to send them, through the booking form, on WhatsApp or on a call. The website does not ask you to sign up, does not use analytics or advertising tools, and does not set cookies (see our cookie settings).

The Booking Form

When you press Submit on the booking form on the Contact page, the details you entered (your name, phone number, the program, date, place and any note) are sent to our email inbox. Nothing is sent until you press Submit.

To deliver the email, the form uses Web3Forms, an online form service. Web3Forms receives your details only to pass them on to us by email, and handles them under its own privacy policy. Our website does not keep a copy of what you send.

WhatsApp and Phone

The Book on WhatsApp buttons and the box in the footer do not send anything by themselves. They open WhatsApp with a message ready, and nothing is shared until you choose to send it. Once you send it, we receive your message on WhatsApp, which is run by Meta and handles messages under its own privacy policy. If you call us, we see your phone number as on any call.

What We Do With Your Details

We use the details you send us through the booking form, on WhatsApp or on a call only to:

• reply to your enquiry and check whether your date is free
• plan and perform the program you book
• contact you about that program, for example about timing or the address

We do not sell your details, and we do not share them with anyone except as needed to perform your program or when the law requires it.

How Long We Keep Them

We keep your booking emails, messages and call details for as long as we need them to plan and complete your program and to answer any questions about it afterwards. You can ask us to delete them at any time.

Photos and Videos From Programs

We sometimes take photos and videos at programs and share some of them on this website and on our YouTube, Instagram and Facebook pages. If you would rather we did not share photos from your program, or you would like a photo removed, tell us and we will take care of it.

Other Websites

Besides Web3Forms for the booking form, some links open other services: WhatsApp, Google Maps, YouTube, Instagram and Facebook. Those services have their own privacy policies and cookies, which apply once you open them.

The Gallery page shows our YouTube videos. The video thumbnails load from YouTube, so YouTube can see your device's IP address. The video player itself loads only when you press play, using YouTube's privacy-enhanced mode, and YouTube's privacy policy applies to it.

Hosting

Like any website, the company that hosts this site may record basic technical information when a page is loaded, such as your IP address, the type of browser and the time of the visit, to keep the site running and secure.

Your Rights

Under India’s Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, you can ask us what personal details we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete them, and raise a complaint with us. To do any of this, contact us using the details below and we will reply as soon as we can.

Changes to This Policy

If we change this policy, we will update it on this page and change the date at the top.
