About These Terms

These terms apply to this website and to programs booked with Prem Bhatnagar And Party. By using the website or booking a program, you agree to them. If anything here is unclear, ask us before you book.

Booking a Program

• A booking request sent through the booking form, on WhatsApp or by phone is not a confirmed booking. Your date is confirmed only when we confirm it to you.
• Dates are offered subject to availability, and busy dates such as Navratri fill early.
• The price, any advance payment and the cancellation terms for your program are agreed with you on WhatsApp or by phone before we confirm the date.

What We Provide

For each program we provide what is agreed with you when you book. This normally includes the singers, musicians, darbar with lighting and sound described on our Services page. Timings shown on the website are typical, not fixed.

What You Arrange

Unless agreed otherwise, you arrange the place for the program, a power point near the stage, seating for your guests, and bhog and prasad. Please tell us in advance about any limits at the venue, such as timing rules, sound limits or access for our equipment.

Changes and Cancellations

If you need to change the date, time or place, tell us as early as you can and we will do our best to help. If something outside our control (such as severe weather, illness or a government order) stops a program from going ahead, we will work with you to find another date.

Photos and Videos

We may take photos and videos at your program and share some of them on our website and social media pages. If you would rather we did not, tell us when you book or at any time afterwards.

Use of This Website

The text, photos, logo and design of this website belong to Prem Bhatnagar And Party. Prem Bhatnagar And Party is a registered name. Please do not copy or reuse them without our permission. We try to keep the information on this website correct, but programs, timings and details can change, so please confirm anything important with us directly.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute will be handled by the courts in New Delhi.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The version on this page, with the date at the top, is the one that applies.
